Scoring System
The NHHA uses the Moto-Tally scoring system; including the UHF Label transponder strip. Fortunately, the Moto-Tally scoring system is used by many racing organizations such as District 37, NGPC, AMRA, USRA, MRAN, RMEC, Gas It Offroad Racing, WHS and National Enduro. If you currently compete in a series that utilizes the Moto-Tally system, you do not need to purchase a transponder to race in our series, as they are compatible across all series using the Moto-Tally system. If you purchase a Moto-Tally transponder at our event, you may also use it at other series where allowed.
Transponder Strip
No other scoring system transponder can be used with our scoring system, so if you do not currently have a Moto-Tally transponder strip, you must purchase one onsite at the event in Registration. They are $10 (Cash or Check ONLY), and may be used for multiple years until they no longer read or are damaged. Riders must bring their helmet with their transponder to Registration to register for the event, and will not be entered into the event without it.
Placement
Riders must only race with ONE Moto-Tally transponder strip. Placement of the strip is extremely important in order to be scored properly, and all transponder strips must be placed under the helmet visor. To place your transponder strip, simply remove the strip from the backing, and place horizontally across the under side of your helmet visor.
