Event Registration

Presented by Mojo Motosport, registering for your race at the event is simple, as long as you come prepared. Don’t want to wait in line at the races? Pre-enter online for a faster experience.

To go through the registration process at the event, there are a few things you need to come prepared with to ensure your experience is a smooth one:

  1. Your current, non-expired AMA card. No rider will be allowed to race without proof of this card.
  2. For a youth or young adult under 18 years-old to race, both parents must be present and bring with them the required documentation (find full information about Minor Releases here):
    • AMA Minor Release form signed and presented by both parents, OR
    • One parent must present a notarized Event Minor Release Form (only if both parents are unavailable to attend), OR,
    • Proof of current AMA Annual Release form and Waiver card
  3. Your helmet with Moto-Tally transponder (Moto-Tally transponder available for purchase for $10 if you do not have one).
  4. Cash, Check or Credit (when service allows) to pay for your race, transponder or temp numbers.

When you arrive, keep an eye out for the Mojo Motosport Registration area. Here is where you will register, pick up the Rider’s Instructions and ask any last minute questions before your race. Then get in the General Entry line, and expect to go through the following steps:

  1. Choose your class, based on the appropriate Rider Classification.
  2. Fill out an Entry form, these are typically located just outside the tent or building.
  3. Sign up for an AMA card (if you don’t have one, or don’t have proof)
  4. Sign the AMA Event Waiver
  5. Pay for your Race (see event page for specific fee information)
  6. Pick up your Fender card. This should always include your name, class and any loop information needed by the Club.
  7. Purchase a temporary number or transponder if needed.
  8. Submit entry form to NHHA staff, and provide helmet with Moto Tally transponder on visor to be scanned into the event.
  9. Be sure to grab a copy of the Rider’s Instructions. This is the final step!
  10. Before you leave, feel free to ask any last minute questions.

Once you’ve signed up, it’s always a good idea to head to attend bomb practice whether that is walk or ride. Depending on the event permissions, you may ride or walk the bomb. Please see flier or Rider’s Instructions for this specific information.
